Daniel is a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience in learning, talent and succession development in multinational organisations across industries. Proven track record in delivering talent strategies, shaping a learning culture, building leadership and workforce capabilities at group-wide, regional and country level. Hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology from University of London, with certifications of various psychometric tools – Hogan, MBTI, DiSC and more. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and passionate about empowering diverse teams to achieve business success.
